Operational guidelines: Section 6A settlements

These 2016 operational guidelines on s 6A settlements outline IR's internal approach to settling disputes prior to challenge. The guidelines were originally produced as an internal document. We decided to publicly release the guidelines to provide transparency as to the process Inland Revenue will follow for settlements. Because this was originally an internal document, some links to additional internal resources for staff have been deleted.
