Sections 1, 2 and 3 — Annual Land Taxing Act
These sections are deemed to be the annual Land Tax Act for the 1987-88 income year.
Section 2 confirms the rate of land tax for the 1987-88 income year.
The rate remains the same as that which applied last year, ie, 2 cents in the $1.
Section 3 repeals the Land Tax (Annual) Act 1986.
